The Ontario Base Map (OBM) is a digital database developed by the Ministry of Natural Resources Ontario. It covers all of Ontario and contains the features normally found on topographic maps (i.e. relief, hydrography, vegetation, roads, culture, toponymy).
Purpose:
This digital data set is useful as a general base map on which you can plot your own features of interest.
