Print

Preview and print graph and/or data tables.

ClosedPreview and Print a Graph
  1. Go to Folders > Print Preview
  2. Click on one of the following:
    • to print the file
    • to zoom into the print preview
    • to zoom out of the print preview
    • to close the print preview
ClosedPrint a Graph

Prints the graph only, choose landscape orientation in the print setup.

  1. Open the print setup dialog window by doing one of the following:
    • Go to Folders > Print Setup
    • P
  2. Choose horizontal orientation by doing one of the following:
    • Select landscape in the print setup dialog window
    • H
ClosedPrint Data Table
  1. Go to Folders > Print Data Table
  2. On the Data Table Print Page, specify the number of pages or the beginning and end year of the data you wish to print

If you change the range of the data to be printed, the number of pages required will be adjusted. The reverse is also true: if you change the number of pages to be printed, the start year will be adjusted accordingly.

ClosedPrint Graph and Data Table

To print the graph and data table, choose portrait orientation in the print setup.

  1. Open the print setup dialog window by doing one of the following:

    • Go to Folders > Print Setup
    • P
  2. Choose portrait orientation by doing one of the following:
    • Select portrait in the print setup dialog window
    • P
