Build Excel Spreadsheet

This option allows you to build an excel spreadsheet in your DLXVG3 workspace.

  1. Open a series
  2. (Optional) Apply function(s)
  3. (Optional) Select series parameters (descriptors)
    1. Do one of the following to access Excel Options:
      • Click on the drop-down arrow from and select Excel Options
      • Go to Tools > Options > Excel Options
    2. Check/Uncheck parameters
  4. Click on the drop-down arrow from Excel Mode and select Build Excel Spreadsheet
  5. Click the series link from the Data Directory to import the series to the spreadsheet
  6. Right click on the spreadsheet, and select Save to Excel File
  7. Select Yes when prompted, name the file and click Save
  8. Open the file in Excel and perform a retrieval

Quick Tip: Once Build Excel Spreadsheet has been selected, simply click the Excel Mode button to build future spreadsheets.

To exit Excel Mode either click Excel Mode again or click the close button in the right hand corner of the Haver Excel interface.
